The Great Big Boo: Coming to a Theatre Near You

This is cute! We love Halloween shows—and we especially love ones that offer up family fun for all age ranges. If you’re looking for something to do this month to celebrate all things Halloween, head to the movie theatre for a live stage performance.

The Great Big Boo! is at select Cineplex theatres all October and can be best described as ‘musical theatre meets trick-or-treating’. While we haven’t yet seen the show, we love that it’s not scary, and we can bet that your kids will love all the singing and dancing.

The 50-minute show follows characters on a quest to save Halloween and is just the right amount of time for little ones. It features an original score and great dance numbers. After each show, the audience will be invited to meet the stars and join them for a fun, trick-or treat event.

Halloween is such a great time of year for families. It’s fun to dress up and pretend and enjoy quality time together. And going to events and shows is a great way to spend an afternoon while getting into the spirit of it all. Plus, at this show, you can do it in a warm, dry, non-scary way, which is always a bonus.

The Great Big Boo! is scheduled for 12 shows in 4 areas across the GTA. It’s appropriate for all families and specifically for children aged two to twelve. Tickets are priced at $22 per person. Here’s where you can catch the shows:
