The part we like the most about this marinade is that you don't have to remove the skins. It's simple and sweet and we're pretty sure you have never tried it before. Serve with delicious grilled peach salad.

Toddlers will love this summer treat for breakfast, lunch or dinner—but be sure to make enough for the adults when you serve it up. We also recommend making an extra serving of the sautéed peaches to top ice cream or yogurt.

You might even entice the non-fish eaters with this delicious sweet salsa that is a gorgeous accompaniment with any fish recipe. Try breaking up the fish and serving in a taco shell with the salsa on top for a twist the kids will love.
