May is all about honouring Mom, and we’re sure you have lots of great photos that pay tribute to the amazing moms, grandmoms, mom-in-laws, and step-moms in your life. So, for the month of May, we are looking for Mom photos. If you have a Mom photo you are particularly proud of, share it with us via email at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

Our May theme for the photo contest this month was ‘Mom Photos’, and we received lots of great shots with proud Canadian mamas and their kids. Thank you to everyone who participated!
We are excited to announce that our May winner is a great candid, early-morning photo taken of Ottawa Mom, Michelle Johnston Lupien, getting some snuggle time with her two children, Alexandre (4) and Myriam (4 months).

We also have to acknowledge wonderful photo submissions from Angela Ritcey of Toronto (photo credit to portraitsbymichelle.ca) and Kristy Jahn-Smith of Lethbridge as honourable mentions. Angela and Ezra (9 months) are captured in a very playful moment together, and Kristy is enjoying a reflective moment with her daughters, Cadence and Koloe.
