No-Churn Mango Ice Cream

One of my favourite treats after enjoying All You Can Eat Sushi is to order a serving of Mango ice cream. The mellow-sweet flavour of the mango is amazing in an ice cream, it almost tastes like a custard. I haven’t had the chance to go for AYCE Sushi since before Keira was born and that is a ridiculous amount of time really. So I thought I would at least make my own mango ice cream for a special treat.
