BLT Bites

BLT Bites

Makes 3 bites

You'll Need
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 romaine lettuce leaf
  • 2 slices baguette
  • Small wooden skewers

 

Prep and Cook
  1. Slice each piece of cooked bacon, baguette and lettuce into three even pieces.
  2. Slide the items onto the wooden skewer in this order: cherry tomato, bacon, bread, lettuce, bacon, bread.
  3. Serve with a side of mayonnaise if desired.
