Sunflower Seed Butter, Honey and Banana Pinwheels
Makes 1 sandwich, five pinwheels
- 1 whole-wheat tortilla wrap
- 2 Tbsp sunflower seed butter
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbsp honey
Prep and Cook
- Spread the sunflower butter over the wrap. Drizzle the honey over it and top with banana.
- Roll up the tortilla and slice it into small pinwheels, about 5 pieces.
Good to Know: If you can’t find sunflower seed butter in the store, you can make your own by blending 2 cups of raw sunflower seeds, 1–2 tablespoons of canola oil and ½ teaspoon of salt in a food processor.
