Sunflower Seed Butter, Honey and Banana Pinwheels

Makes 1 sandwich, five pinwheels

You'll Need
  • 1 whole-wheat tortilla wrap
  • 2 Tbsp sunflower seed butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbsp honey


Prep and Cook
  1. Spread the sunflower butter over the wrap. Drizzle the honey over it and top with banana.
  2. Roll up the tortilla and slice it into small pinwheels, about 5 pieces.

Good to Know: If you can’t find sunflower seed butter in the store, you can make your own by blending 2 cups of raw sunflower seeds, 1–2 tablespoons of canola oil and ½ teaspoon of salt in a food processor.
