Preparation
- Preheat grill to 375 degrees.
- Place the sausages directly on the grate and grill over a medium fire, turning occasionally, until cooked through or until golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Do not prick or slash the skin during cooking, as this causes the juices to escape.
- Place the sausages in the buns, top with generous spoonfuls of relish, mustard, grilled onions, and ketchup.
