Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Scrub sweet potatoes and cut into 1” wedges.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with oil, salt and pepper, spices (adjust amounts to your family’s taste), and brown sugar. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread on a non-stick baking sheet and roast in the middle of the oven for 25 – 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes until browned.
Good to know: For crispier wedges, place the sweet potatoes under broiler for the last 5 minutes.
