Tuna Pita Pockets(Serve with Dare RealFruit Minis)
Serves 3 children

You’ll Need

  • 1 can flaked white tuna in water (or salmon), drained
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 stalk of celery, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • Whole wheat mini pita



Preparation

  • Mix together tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cucumber and dried apricots (if using).
  • Fill each pita with equal amounts of tuna filling and place in sandwich container.
