Tuna Pita Pockets

(Serve with Dare RealFruit Minis)
Serves 3 children
You’ll Need
- 1 can flaked white tuna in water (or salmon), drained
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 stalk of celery, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, shredded
- Whole wheat mini pita
Preparation
- Mix together tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cucumber and dried apricots (if using).
- Fill each pita with equal amounts of tuna filling and place in sandwich container.
