Play All Day

KidsPlay-AllDay Indoor Playground
Play All Day

It’s a jungle out there, and we say don’t try to beat it—join it!

KidsPlay-AllDay, a brand new indoor playground designed by savvy dad Orlando Phillips, was created to stimulate activity and imagination. It’s finally open—and we love it.

This large space is filled with natural light and includes a (jungle) gym with two wave slides, a tree house lookout, a river ‘crossing’ (complete with alligators to hop over) and more. Toddlers will love the soft climbing spot, slides and squishy blocks, while the older movers and shakers can vroom around the ‘race track’ on various wheeled carts. (Soon to come—an AstroTurf island in the middle with a little gas pump for refuelling.)

But it’s not just about the kids at KidsPlay-AllDay. If you didn’t have time for your freshly ground coffee or green tea at home, grab one there after you release the hounds. Since you’re sitting down now, you may as well take advantage of the food options (fresh fruit, yogurt, sandwiches and gourmet paninis). You deserve it.

We love that there’s a locker space right at the entrance for storing all of your extra items, and that mom and kids are given matching bracelets upon entry for security purposes. Socks are mandatory, but you can buy a pair for $2.29 if you forget. Free extra diapers and wipes are available in the washrooms and there’s ample parking outside.

And to answer your next question—yes, there’s a party room. It holds up to 38 kids and birthdays are fully catered and designed to the theme of your choice.

Good to Know: Starting January 30, free seminars for moms will be held regularly in the afternoons, at no extra cost. Guest speakers will include pediatricians, dentists, psychologists and more, with free supervision for the kids while the seminar is on.

So there’s no excuse not to play all day—go wild at these 8 Indoor Playgrounds in Calgary.
