Is 2009 the year you resolved to improve your fitness habits? In a recent SavvyMom poll, 50% of our respondents admitted to making resolutions while only ten percent went the distance to actually stick to them.
If increased health and fitness is on your list, we say there’s no time like the present.
“But I have no childcare…I don’t belong to a gym…it’s too expensive.” To which we gently say in a very friendly way (because we care), “Excuses, excuses”. There are several fitness venues in the city that offer inexpensive drop-in childcare allowing you the freedom to pump, jump, swim or bike. Here are our top picks in each quadrant.
