Fits Like a T
Although the garments are all machine washable, our quest to wear their new, cute bamboo short cap sleeve top as many times as we can in a row resulted in frequent handwashing with a bar of laundry soap (yes, we were camping). And it still looks as good as it did on day one.
We are also smitten with local silkscreen artist and graphic designer Emily Chen’s mchenwears line. The designs on her t-shirts (which also come in dad and kiddo sizes) are hand-printed and feature her own original illustrations. They have a youthful contemporary flair and she carries flattering fits for moms, like this t-shirt which gives us a longer and leaner look.
mchenwears clothing isn’t mass produced (in fact she works out of her parents’ basement!), so you’ll probably never see someone else sporting the same shirt at the grocery store.
Comfort and style—now, that’s the way to mix and match.
