Incredible Edibles

Credible Edibles Restaurant and Delivery
Credible Edibles Lunch Box

We’ve done the math. Three daily lunches add up to 1095 lunches a year. That’s a lot of bread.

So, thousands of lunches later, it’s easy to see how we can slip into a rut and run out of creative and healthy ideas. That’s where Credible Edibles come in.

Not only will Credible Edibles make you fabulous lunches (for you or your children) but if you’re in Kitchissippi or Capital Ward they’ll deliver it to your home, office, or school.

Menus are created with three things in mind: taste, nutrition, and environmental impact. Lunches all feature healthy unprocessed foods, a minimum of three servings of fruit and vegetables, and are packed in reusable or compostable packaging. Each meal includes a salad, an entree, and a dessert—and the menu switches every week.

Organic quinoa salad with roasted red peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers; Mexican pita pocket with fresh salsa, shredded organic cheese and Romaine lettuce; pineapple-coconut oatmeal muffins for a sweet (and healthy!) finish—it’s a meal worth dirtying our good silverware for. Check the website for this week’s menu.

If you prefer to dine in, Credible Edibles recently opened a cozy dining area with a lunch counter, and they recently expanded with an outdoor patio too.

Now that’s something we can sink our teeth into.
