Divine Consign

Children’s Consignment Clothing Stores
Kids with Planet Earth

All good shopping outings must include a stop on Main Street to visit perennial favourite kid’s store, Beansprouts, which we’ve told you about before. Consignment prices are 20% off right now, but don’t be surprised if you’re tempted to reward your bargain hunting efforts with a hip and incredibly functional haiku bag.

Last, but not least, Little Earth in the Hastings Sunrise neighbourhood deserves a mention. In their second year of business now, owners Mariska McLean and Flavia Spano offer moms on the Eastside an eco-friendly and economical shopping option for clothing, toys and equipment. Designer labels aren’t the backbone of this store; clean and green is the name. If you can’t find what you are looking for in the used items, Little Earth sells footprint friendly, well-priced new clothing and toddler toys and supplies that are either locally or organically made. Nearby parking in the free community lot is an added bonus.

Children’s consignment makes a world of green sense. And, after all…a penny saved is a penny earned.
