Rain getting you down and wet? No need to hurry out to the indoor play space when music can add a little sunshine to your day—we have just the thing.
Bobs & Lolo and the Vancouver Maritime Museum have teamed up to create a musical children’s event that will definitely make you want to gather your kids and head to the seaside: the Vancouver Maritime Museum, that is.
As part of a fundraiser for the Children’s Maritime Discovery Centre at the museum, Bobs & Lolo will be performing two afternoon shows on Saturday, November 29. Tickets are $5 per person and are available through the museum front desk (call ahead to purchase). If you’re not a member, you will also have to pay the museum admission fee ($10 for adults, $7.50 for youth and free for children 5 and under), which gives you full access to the museum for the day. And it will be well worth it as there will be lots of children’s activities happening at the museum that afternoon.
So beat the November blahs with music, a maritime museum and money for a good cause—all things to celebrate about.
Good to Know: There are only 70 tickets available for each of their two shows (2 pm and 3:30 pm) so we recommend booking soon.
