Grating Cheese

Keep things neater when grating cheese by using a clean plastic bag (such as a grocery store produce bag or large zipper-lock bag) to hold both grater and cheese. Place the cheese and grater in the bag and grip the cheese from outside to move it up and down on the grater. Clean hands, no mess.
