Safety Tips

Aluminum foil roll

Serving Meat Safely

Submitted by: SavvyMom Editors

Meat, fish and poultry should not be returned to the same tray used to carry raw food to the grill. To save time and an extra clean, cover the platter with tin foil before placing raw food on it. Then remove the foil once the meat is on the grill and roll up for use in cleaning charred surfaces (like the BBQ). Then use your clean platter for the cooked meat.
