Freezing Strawberries

Too many strawberries? Freeze them for smoothies or desserts later. Wash them, let dry and arrange on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper (not touching or they will freeze together). Once frozen, place in zippered baggies, removing as much air as possible to prevent freezer burn.
