Frozen
Olaf is alive and on skates in the Disney On Ice production of Frozen, at the Pacific Coliseum November 25–29. Sing along with Let it Go, and enjoy appearances by Disney princesses and Mickey Mouse. For an extra special treat, roundup a group of friends and book a suite, there are 14 available, with capacity for 14 people.

The Nutcracker
Goh Ballet puts a modern touch on the iconic The Nutcracker at the Centre for Performing Arts in Vancouver December 17–22. A true ballet experience with live orchestra and incredible costumes, best for children aged 6 and older.

Not quite a show, but fun family event nonetheless. Galas aren't just for adults. Dress up your whole family and head for a night on the town at the Winter Family Ball, December 6 at the Hotel Vancouver. With a start time of 4:30 pm and features like a cotton candy machine, silent auction containing skate boards, and an epic dessert table, this truly is a family-friendly gala. The bonus is it's for a cause we can get behind: Family Services of the North Shore.

Carousel Theatre for Young People performs James and the Giant Peach December 5–January 3 at the Waterfront Theatre on Granville Island.
