Victoria Park CrossFit's Mama and Tykes Program
Victoria Park CrossFit has developed a Mom & Tykes Program. This tailored 8-week session is a stepping stone to joining their regular group classes and addresses pelvic floor, core stability and mobility issues caused by motherhood.
New mamas and mamas-to-be will still find a high intensity work out, yet one that addresses changing bodies and strength levels. Classes are led by Coach Jenn, who participated in CrossFit throughout her own pregnancy—so you know she knows the limits of pregnancy and postpartum bodies.

The Dailey Method
Infused with a combination of pilates, barre, yoga and dance, this inventive low-impact, full-body workout is all about making spinal health a priority. With an emphasis on core strengthening, these exercises help to offset osteoporosis, and they're gentle enough to do every day—even throughout pregnancy. Should those abs split while carrying baby, you can bet they'll be fused back together after getting back to the studio. Childcare is offered for babies (no minimum age requirement) and kids up to 10 years old during weekday 8:30 am and 9:45 classes. The bright playroom rocks a happy vibe with toys, crafts and a baby change station.
