It’s Your Choice

It’s hard to imagine that in just four years a tiny newborn can evolve into a walking, talking kindergarten student. Just four years. We know as moms that four years can bring about great change—in developmental milestones, Olympic venues and…political landscapes.
Speaking of politics, we’re veering from our regular savvy programming this week. You might say we’re getting a bit political. But it’s for good reason. On October 25, Torontonians will go to the polls and vote for a new mayor. The outcome will affect (among other priorities) parks and recreational funding and programming, TTC accessibility and how much we are taxed. These are all issues that have an impact on moms and families, so we thought you might be interested. We know that the way we parent permanently shapes our children’s lives. The way we vote can have a lasting impact, too.
