Ethical Outfits

We grew up reading Naomi Klein’s ‘No Logo’ and fully believe in the importance of buying sustainably- and ethically-produced goods. But taking a look at our littles’ closets, we see that our buying patterns don’t always reflect our beliefs. Here’s a list of the best places to get sweatshop-free, ethically-made clothes for kids with a bevvy of organic and eco-conscious options included.

Mini Mioche
Our go-to for soft, comfortable and stylin’ clothes fitting wee babes up to big kids. We’re not sure what we love more, their beanies, circle scarves or easy to pull on tops—but since our little kiddos need all of those items, we don’t have to choose. Even better: they’re organic, eco-conscious and made in Canada. (Shop This!)

Darling Littles
This itty bitty Canadian online shop is full of carefully curated products. We particularly love that the Ottawa-based founders give back to selected charities with a baby/child focus. This month a percentage of the proceeds from their super amazing swaddle blankets go to the Million Dollar Baby fund—a worthy cause indeed. (Shop This!)

Whether we’re at the mall or shopping online, we have purchasing power—and we’re gonna use it. Keep clicking to see the rest of our Ethical Kids’ Clothing Shops.
