Father’s Day is coming up and, as always, there are many ways to celebrate the dads and father-figures in your life with food, gifts, and activities. We are sharing some local Ottawa Father’s Day suggestions with you below!
Ottawa Father’s Day Food Ideas
Order your BBQ at home meal from Family Table in collaboration with Riggins Family BBQ with the meat already cooked and ready to eat plus amazing accompanying dishes. This selection includes ribs, chicken, side salads and dessert as well as a family activity! Or pre-order the Father’s Day menu from NEXT with delivery right to your home. This mouth watering 14-dish menu includes meat ready for your own BBQ to grill plus so many sides and desserts, including ice cream! Still not sure? Thyme and Again has a series of fully ready-to-heat-and-eat Father’s Day meals to order like the prime rib dinner, or choose from one of their many brunch selections.
Gifts for Father’s Day in Ottawa
Dad may say he doesn’t want a gift, but let’s surprise him anyway with one of these local, thoughtful treats. Check out the Broadhead Beer Pride Pack that includes a mixer pack of 24 of their beers and $10 is donated to Ten Oaks Project. Or, find the perfect gift online (or in person at one of their various locations) from the Ottawa Artisans and support local makers at the same time! Choose from a wide variety of gifts like t-shirts, bath bombs, or art. We also love the gift selection from Maker House. Try creating a custom box in their online shop to include a few favourite things you know dad will love! They also have boxes ready to go and curated with so many great products.
