Passover Brownies

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup cake meal
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts (optional)

Method

1. Beat eggs and sugar together.
2. Blend in cocoa, oil and salt.
3. Gradually mix in cake meal, nuts (if using) and chocolate chips.

Bake in 8″ square pan at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
