Yoga for Kids in Toronto
We love yoga for the physical challenge, and the mindfulness and relaxation it brings, so why not bring those same benefits to your kids? Yoga can help to alleviate kids' stress and worry, and it teaches them coping skills that they can turn to when they need them—like tools in an emotional toolbox. It's also wonderful for fostering a positive body image and self-esteem. So consider yoga as an after-school activity and watch the fun and awareness become a constant in their lives. More omm, less omg.
