Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies

This recipe is my family recipe for Chocolate Chip cookies.  They are soft, buttery and full of chocolate!  So delicious!  Be careful not to replace the butter with margarine or they will turn out rock hard and nobody wants rock hard cookies
