Tori Spelling Shows Us Her Baby Bump

Actress Tori Spelling held a book siging for her latest book ?CelebraTori? in New York City, New York on April 4, 2012 and has revealed that she is now pregnant with her fourth child by surprise. Tori recently discovered this after a trip to the emergency room to seek treatment for a migraine were she was forced by hospital policy to pee in a cup which lead to the discovery. Tori gave birth to her third child, daughter Hattie, a month ago. Despite the shock of the surprise Tori and her Husband Dean McDermott are please to be having another child.
