The Surprising Thing I Learned After Tracking My Time

Nerd alert: a couple of times a year, I track my time. I like to think I know what my priorities are, but only after looking over our receipts and the family calendar, can I tell if our actions are truly matching our values. Here’s a sample of a day in my life, and some of the surprising things I learned about myself.
