If you have folks in your family who are enamoured with the world of whales, this live film concert experience of National Geographic’s Secrets of the Whales is definitely a must-see. This Emmy-winning Disney+ series follows the lives of five whale families, including orcas, humpbacks, belugas, narwhals and sperm whales and was produced by James Cameron and Brian Derry. The immersive live screening will be accompanied by a 40-piece orchestra led by conductor Anthony Parnther and narrated live by Jann Arden.

Canada’s largest cosplay parade is back to kick off Calgary’s Expo activities downtown, and you won’t want to miss out on the fun! Whether you’re participating in the parade, or enjoying as a spectator, dress up in your favourite costume and join thousands of cosplayers as they march down Stephen Avenue toward Olympic Plaza for the Expo Opening Ceremony.
