If you haven’t had a chance to visit OEB for breakfast, you’ll definitely want to add this Calgary staple to your list. What started as a teeny 1,000 square foot space on Edmonton Trail in 2009 has now expanded to include restaurants across Canada and the US. With a monster menu filled with more options than you can shake a fork at, your biggest challenge will probably be deciding between savoury or sweet. One of our family favourites is their Soul in a Bowl, which is like a breakfast poutine.  We also can’t wait to try their gnocchi breakfast carbonara. The good news is, whatever you pick, it’s all delicious!

Our family recently stayed at the Sandman Signature downtown and were excited to discover that Moxies serves a delicious breakfast for grownups and kids alike. There’s a great kids menu as well!
