Spring Break is quickly approaching for students in Calgary! For kids in CBE schools, Spring Break runs from March 24 – March 28, 2025 (Monday – Friday), and for students in Calgary Separate School Division, Spring Break is April 18 – 27 (Monday – Friday). Campers at Nini’s Cooking Class will get to hone in their culinary skills as they learn foundational cooking and baking skills as well as the utilization of kitchen equipment under the supervision of the lead chef instructor. Mini chefs will make global meals with recipes from North America, South America, the Caribbean, Europe, Africa and Asia. Through each recipe, campers will strengthen their skills and understanding as they learn proper knife skills, kitchen hygiene and safety, food presentation and table setting, cooking and baking techniques and more. This program is suitable for beginners and intermediate cooks.
