We found every colour and pattern we could think of, even tough-to-match tones like neutral greys and hot pinks, and that cute turtle pattern in the back would be perfect for a best friend’s baby shower. Saw something you loved on Pinterest or in an old photograph? It can be magically recreated by Denise, mompreneur, owner, designer and seamstress.
While you’re there, pick up some high-quality, handmade receiving blankets’we loved their large size, perfect for swaddling or as a crib mattress protector. We couldn’t resist a few of Denise’s adorably printed quilted bibs either’soft, washable and big enough to protect from the worst spills. The handcrafted, oversized baby bath towels and super soft bathrobes are so very sweet too.
It’s not just bedding and baby gear that can be found here’custom clothing of all shapes and sizes is deftly tailored at lulu&coco. Favourite items can be recreated in a larger size, beloved jackets or snowsuits can be repaired or items from a magazine spread can be copied. There’s an interesting stock of pre-made items by exclusive brands, such as Girl Gotch, brightly coloured boy-style underpants for your little tomboy, and Green Kids organic sleepers, the perfect complement to snuggly custom bedding.
Now that’s what we call cozy.
