Every great master has to start somewhere, so why not get your own little Picasso on the right road with some inspiring art classes at The Studio Cafe in Wellington West.

You’ll love the feeling the studio space gives you as soon as you enter—plenty of bright sunlight, long rustic tables perfect for collaborating, and lots of clean wall space for your child’s masterpiece.

On weekends, kids aged 4 to 7 can go wild in the Wee Artists Club. There’s paint to squish or clay to squeeze—all while you keep busy yourself kicking back with a cappuccino and magazine in the cafe.

Our favourite course is the Mini Masters after school program. Once or twice a week, kids aged 6 through 11 can head over to the studio after school for two solid hours of art exploration. There are watercolours, drawing instruction, and mixed media adventures (studio staff will even pick up kids from schools in the Hintonburg area). It’s sure to become your child’s favourite day of the week.

That’s an after school special we can get excited about.
