The SavvyMom ‘March Photo of the Month Blog’ Contest Rules & Regulations

1. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. The SavvyMom ‘March Photo of the Month Blog’ Contest commences on Monday, March 1, 2010 and ends Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Contest Closing Time”). To enter, go online to www.savvymom.ca, review these rules and submit your photos to [email protected]. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one entry per person. Incomplete entries are void.
2. DRAW: One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible photo entries received. The review panel will consist of a selection of employees from SavvyMom Media, and all entries will be judged based on adherence to theme, originality, humour, and quality of the photo on or about the first week of the next month, from among all eligible entries received for each individual month. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible email entries received on or before the Contest Closing Time.

4. THE DRAW: The Selected entrant will be notified by telephone. If selected entrant cannot be reached within seven (7) business days, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, or fails to complete and return the required contest documents, he/she will forfeit the prize and an alternate entrant will be randomly selected. Selected entrant will be sent a declaration and release form by e-mail. In order to be declared a winner, selected entrant must correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question on the declaration and release form and the form must be signed and returned to SavvyMom Media (the “Sponsor”), releasing SavvyMom Media from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of entrant’s participation in the Contest and receipt or use of any prize, confirming compliance with the contest rules, accepting the prize as awarded and consenting to the use of his or her name, without compensation, in any future publicity carried out by in connection with this contest.

5. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to residents of Canada with the exception of those residents of the province of Quebec, and who are over the age of majority (18 years in Ontario) on or before Monday, March 1, 2010. Officers, directors, representatives and employees of the Sponsors are not eligible to enter.

6. GENERAL: This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the contest judges, which shall be final on all matters relating to this contest. All entries become the property of SavvyMom Media and none will be returned. SavvyMom Media reserves the right to withdraw, terminate or modify this contest or any portion of this contest, or extend the deadline of this contest, at any time without prior notice. SavvyMom Media assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, illegible or mutilated entries or for any computer, online, telephone, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider, Internet, web site, or other accessibility or availability issues, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention, or any technical malfunctions that may occur. By entering the Contest, each entrant consents to the collection, use and disclosure by the Sponsor of the entrant’s personal information for administering the Contest and for such other purposes as the entrant has consented to in accordance with their entry form and the Sponsor’s website privacy policy.
