Think the Pan Am games are just about sports? Think again. This summer, discover 41 countries through PANAMANIA, a series of performances and exhibitions happening around the city over 35 days in July and August.

At Nathan Phillips Square you’ll find jumbo video screens providing live games coverage, along with nightly victory celebrations and fireworks. There will also be over 130 performances featuring acts from the countries participating in the games. It’s a fun and free way to get into the Pan Am spirit, and performances run daily from July 10–26 and August 7–12.

CIBC Pan Am Park is located right in the heart of Exhibition Place. From July 11–25, you’ll be able to experience the ultimate international street party, complete with multicultural food, live music and performances and over 50 presenters from the Pan Am countries.

Over in The Distillery District, every day but Monday from July 11–25, you can discover unique artisanal products and shopping from across the Americas, including pop-ups, culinary treats, basket weaving, performances by the Gypsy Kumbia Orchestra and more.

For those parents seeking slightly calmer events, there are free art exhibits at galleries and venues across the city from June 19 through September 7.

The games are coming, and there’s just so much to do.

Keep the fun going—get out an explore the city. Our guide to Summer in Toronto: Family Style is here for you.
