School’s Out for Summer

Two words make us quiver at the onset of summer: ‘I’m bored’.

And so, we plan fun and educational activities for our kids all day, then take pictures and post them on our social media networks in our spare time. Or, we sign them up for day camps and go for a run/coffee/work/groceries. Here are our top seven picks for awesome summer camps in Vancouver.

Unveil their inner Mozart at the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra School of Music, which offers camps for children aged 3–13, and is open to children of all abilities. Note that their downtown location is extremely close to fantastic shopping (just saying).

Let them embrace the great outdoors at Grouse Mountain Summer Camps. New this summer, camps are for children aged 8–12, and campers start the week by having breakfast with the Timber wolf, Alpha, and end it with the famous log-rolling lumberjacks. We just want to know, is there room for moms?

Trust us, dabbling in summer camps is a great way to keep boredom at bay. Book early to avoid disappointment.

We’ve got something to suit every kid’s interest. Keep clicking on to the rest of our Best Summer Day Camps for Kids in Vancouver.
