Montreal Smoked Meat Sandwiches

You’ll Need

  • 1 loaf of rye bread, sliced into ½” thick pieces
  • Whole-grain or prepared mustard
  • 400 g Montreal smoked meat

Prep and Cook

  • Cover the slice of bread with a thick layer of mustard and top with a stack of the smoked meat. Cover with a second slice of bread and cut in half.
