You’ll Need

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Prep and Cook

  • Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust flavours, if necessary.
