Baking with Poppy: Lemon Blueberry Muffins

These muffins did not disappoint ! They are moist and flavourful with lots of juicy (frozen) blueberries and just the right amount of lemon. I changed the glaze a little and just mixed up a tablespoon or so of lemon juice with about half a cup of powdered sugar. Yum.
