Jam Jam Cookies with a Valentines Twist

Growing up we almost always had some sort of baked good in the house. Cookies, muffins, squares you name it there was always something. Never made in abundance but always something to either have as a snack or as a treat to take to school. One of my all time favourites where these Jam Jam Cookies that my mom used to make.
