Go Dancing
If you have a daughter looking to test out hip hop, Highland or Bollywood dance classes, head to your local ivivva store to join their free community dance programs. West Vancouver’s classes are Sundays at 9 am and Kitsilano’s classes begin at 9:30 am on Sundays. (Tell me more)

Go to a Family Centre
Family centres are a great way to meet other local moms, discuss parenting questions with the trained staff members, let your baby or toddler explore a new play area and even participate in a group sing-a-long. There are lots of options, but a couple of our faves are West Side Family Place in Kitsilano and the two I Hope Family Centres in North Vancouver. (Tell me more)
