2 Abs of Steel

How’s that New Year’s resolution going?

Maybe it’s time to turn the table on your fitness regime and get those over-stretched abdominals back into fighting form. To do so, we hit up The Fitness Table for core strengthening and toning using a table to anchor our body and isolate our muscle groups. No need to be a professional dancer or athlete (though they come here too), these gentle exercises are suitable for most anyone including those of us who’ve had a difficult pregnancy or labour.

First we received an in-depth consultation, diagnosing our issues and getting instruction on table positions. Classes at every level change twice monthly ensuring we don’t plateau. After class we can detoxify and cleanse from the inside out in the infrared sauna or get zen with an acupuncture session.

We think it’s perfectly acceptable to lay all our cards on this table.
