Flying Squirrel Trampoline Fun Park

Do your kids get a little squirrelly during the colder weather because they’re bouncing around looking for something to do?

Time to fly over to Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park—and jump into a totally different experience. Unlike most trampoline spaces, this 40,000 square feet space is covered with wall to wall trampolines which actually ramp upside the walls, with a soft circus-grade foam pit they can catapult themselves into. Your more adventurous squirrels will love trying out their flip ‘n’ fly moves in a safe, padded space.

At Flying Squirrel, it’s not just about the basic bounce. There are other activities incorporated into the jumping session. The VIP Dunk Hoop court lets future Michael Jordans practice their slam dunks (with a little trampoline help). The Fidget Rope ladder and Swing Rope are perfect for climbers to perfect their squirrel skills over a safe foam pit. There are roped-off sections to test out your dodgeball skills, and if you’ve got older kids joining in (14 and up), they can take a break from flying and test out their ninja skills in a separate area where they can scale the walls and try out the obstacle course.

As moms, we love that they keep the place very clean, and that the staff are alert and offer suggestions and bouncing tips while keeping the space safe. For the smallest set, there are special hours for toddlers and for kids with special needs, so that they can jump without being bounced around by older kids.

Jumping is priced by the hour, so be prepared to maximize your jumping time. Birthday party packages are available at different price points, with access to VIP sections (read: private bouncing), food options as well as invites and more.

So whether you’re looking for a family activity, or a way to bring bounce into a birthday, give their squirrelly behaviour an outlet and you have a recipe for fun.

It’s getting colder out there. If you’re ready to take playtime inside, we’ve got eight more Indoor Playgrounds in Calgary to check out.
