The First Five Years

The first five years are the most important for our child’s development. The pressure of it all.
The learning curve.
Every day more information, more new products available…as if we aren’t sleep deprived enough….
If only there was a place where we could find the information we seek, products that help and somefun activities to keep the kids busy while we are at it. A family outing that has something for everyone.

Fortunately there is. The Today’s Parent Baby and Toddler Show is on this weekend (October 21 – 23) at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (North Building), and it’s all that and more.

Discover new and interesting parenting products, services and information from brands you know and trust such as Huggies, Playtex, and Crayola as well as hot new ‘boutique’ products and services (some from mom entrepreneurs too). With all the great gift ideas, you might even be able to get started on your holiday shopping. Be entertained by well known children’s characters (does anyone in your family like Dora?), engage in informative seminars on topics ranging from ear infections and breastfeeding to busy active boys and ADD. Speak to and learn from experts such as Alyson Shaffer and Dr. Harvey Karp (author of The Happiest Baby on the Block).

Whew, who knew you could make such progress in one weekend?
