That’s a Wrap

Opening sceneQuality time at the park. The sun is shining. The birds are chirping. Your latte is in hand and you are catching up with your friends in the ‘hood while the kids play in the playground. The scene is exactly how you imagined having kids would be like (before you had them).

Scene 2
Little Jack wipes out on the teeter-totter and face plants into the handle. Blood spouts everywhere. Coffees fly. Your pals run to help.

Scene 3 – enter Kits for Kids
Your well-prepared friend passes an ice pack, Saf-T-Pop and stickers to the crying child. This settles him down long enough to assess the damage.

If you don’t know what a Saf-T-Pop is, you need to find out. They are in every Kits for Kids First Aid Kit—the emergency pack filled with supplies every parent should have, developed by two mom entrepreneurs who recognized the need for emergency first aid kits that cater specifically to kids (did you know that some products found in traditional kits are not safe for children?).

They come in different sizes for the stroller & playground, your purse, home, cottage and car. We like the stroller/playground kit for its size, versatility and price point ($49). Inside, you’ll find just what you need to treat cuts, scrapes, minor sprains, strains, scalds, sunburns and insect bites. Kits for Kids are doctor-approved and meet Health Canada regulations.

Final scene
Jack sits on Mom’s lap all bandaged up. Smiles and hugs all around. Fade back to happy scene at the park.
