Cedars & Co

(Alta Vista Location)

A small local chain that specializes in ethnic spices and produce, Cedars & Co also has a small kosher section that sells a number of specialty kosher items, including grape juice, Shabbas candles, couscous, cookies, crackers, and (everyone’s favourite) Wacky Mac! This store also carries Montreal Kosher challahs and breads, Amsallem deli, and Bothwell cheese.

Farm Boy

Rideau Bakery was a beloved Jewish bakery in Ottawa that shuttered a few years ago. Farm Boy bought their recipes and now produce their own Rideau bakery challahs and baked goods.

Loblaws

The Loblaws at College Square has a Jewish section, with multiple frozen and prepared items. They stock yahrzeit candles and menorah candles and the largest selection of kosher food in Ottawa with meat, deli, dairy, groceries, baked goods, and prepared holiday foods.

Ottawa Bagel Shop & Deli

Ottawa Bagel Shop & Deli on Wellington has delicious bagels (obviously) as well as good options for Kosher treats, menorah candles, and holiday supplies.
