Want to take Dad out for Father’s Day? We’ve got you covered. No matter where you are in the city, we have ideas that will knock Dad’s socks off.
Operation Father’s Day
For the history buff, the Diefenbunker Museum has partnered with The Guild of the Royal Canadian Dragoon to bring families a full day of fun called Operation Father’s Day. Tickets to this event will get you a tour of the bunker—a 100,000 square foot nuclear blast shelter—as well as a special kiddo commando course and fun family photo ops. Not to be missed: the rare Cold War and military vehicles on display.
Maybe you know that Dad wants to venture off on his own? We love the brewery tours from Brew Donkey, running both Saturday and Sunday. Dad can visit local breweries, eat lunch and sample beer. We know he’s gonna love it.
Sunday is all about Dad—and we’re ready to celebrate our special guy.
We’re just getting warmed up. Check out 5 more ways to spend the day with Dad in our Fun Father’s Day Outings Ottawa.
