The Groove
Sarah and I have spent the last glorious two days in Vancouver and we’re loving every minute of it. We are here for the Baby and Family Fair which is being held at the Convention Centre so we decided to stay downtown. Our hotel room looks out over Burrard Inlet and Stanley Park and the view is breathtaking. We could sit and watch the boats and sea planes land all day – not to mention the beautiful mountains as a back drop if we weren’t so busy meeting our Vancouver friends and visiting our favourite haunts. Coffee at Artigiano and especially Mink Cafe (conveniently located very close to the convention centre) has kept our energy levels up. We couldn’t resist a stroll along 4th to visit Ni’mama Maternity and Crocodile Baby, among others. This is a gorgeous city and we plan to come visit more often. Sometimes this job is not so bad.
