Dry Chimichurri Rub

You’ll Need

  • 3 Tbsp dried oregano leaves
  • 3 Tbsp dried basil leaves
  • 2 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
  • 2 Tbsp dried thyme leaves
  • 2 Tbsp coarse kosher salt
  • 2 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp dried savory leaves
  • 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1–2 tsp dried crushed red pepper

Prep and Cook

  • Whisk all ingredients in medium bowl. Transfer to airtight container.
