5 Back to School Lunches Your Children Won’t Eat

September means several things; the changing of the leaves, the cooling of the air, the migration of the geese and being bombarded with posts about “Healthy and Delicious Back to School Lunch Ideas!” While nice that I don’t have to watch them reject their food for a while, I do equally hate unpacking it again at the end of the day after it has been sitting in a hot classroom for six hours. Figuring out what the heck they will eat is like trying to guess the numbers for the Powerball never mind the mine field of allergy triggering foods that have the potential to kill a number of their friends before lunch is over. I get hopeful and sucked in by these posts promising quick and easy lunches the kids will eat. But it’s lies. All lies.
